PETROPLUS - OUTCOME - APPRAISAL - ADVICE

Author Thomas Ramseyer
PETROPLUS - THE STORY - PROBABLE SOLUTION FOUND
Option a) Petroplus' Swissair like and even widely wanted grounding
Slice Petroplus and sell it peace by peace for the benefit of the Board, the management and the shareholders. Forget about numerous families being dunked to the mercy of the social security systems.

Option b) unconventional yet unseen measures taken by the people not by banks nor by the administration. Only thing the Administration and the politicians are to support the positive activities of citizens all over the places. Be it north or be it south. Be it east or be it west. Just support them for the betterment of everybody

Probable solution found
Petroplus and economies being revued, investigated, questioned and analized to get a solid ground for decision taking. Build up leading to probable solution to be read on cluster of links leading to Petroplus articles - Link-Schwarm zu Petroplus THE PETROPLUS STORY

Most recent articles Workers about to be sacked must buy PETROPLUS shares (2500 buying 1000 each amount for 2.5% of the shareholder capital) If needed I will furnish translation into english for "Mitarbeiter retten ......    main goal of this article: Workers save their jobs by buying Petroplus shares as to get influence or even sack the directors. PETROPLUS and NIGERIA to team up - Downstream and Upstream to meet for the benefit of everybody

NIGERIA right now
1) Positive Cashflow inexistant
Cashflow in favour of NNPC/Nigeria: since more than 12 months Nigeria did not sell any drop of that bonny light oil of theirs. Roughly 30 vessels are anchored outside Bonny Island. Government allows more than 2500 small companies - all of them founded in a short lapse of time, easy to be found; no cost. flat balance sheet, no payment in advance thur no advanced fee fraud (419) possible.

2) Bonny light does not have anything to do with Brent: just REMOVE the TAG : Bonny is a fully fledged good
Reason as to why they do not sell Bonny light is that Bonny light is tagged to Brent (Price fixed at Chicago Board of Trade CBOT far off Nigeria in the USA). Brent is about to run out. Platforms are being removed from the Brent fields off the ocean. Upstream as well as Downstream business is going to be restructurized. Scots and Irish are going to starve. There will be a lot of oilbusiness specialized people available in that region. They frantically strive for solutions for not loosing their citizens right now. (Those oil workers are very flexible; if there is any well paid job somewhere abroad they will move.)

3) Phantastic plan of Jonathan Goodluck bright administration as to boost Nigeria's domestic economy
Phantastic plan of Nigerian Jonathan Goodluck administration. This administration is bound to roll out the development of Nigeria's domestic economy. The adverts are professionally built, didactically outstanding to be understood by all Nigerian spectators. To fulfill this plan the government is in bad need to get cashflow. As the only source of Cash for Nigeria is the sale of oil (with that money they used to buy all oil derivatives and all even subsidized product from all over the world e.g. subsidized chicken gotten rid of by eggproducers are exported by EU-plants to the ECOWAS killing all poultry businesses their because of them not being able to compete. Poultry meanwhile almost is done on a private basis only. Women carry out this business in neighbouring villages bringing eggs. and chicken to the market. (Low level cost because they do it while they are farming thus growing their own food.

3.1) Northern hemisphere countries (Northerners) try to choke ECOWAS
Reasons why Northerners try to choke Nigeria, the leading ECOWAS country
Government tries to raise the money to fullfil its goal by levying taxes on petrol/gas/grease, mainly petrol. On January 8, 2012 they raised the price per liter at the filling station from NGN 65 to NGN 140. The riots started. Labour Union pretending to fight for the people in the street in fact are fighting only for themselves. They are mere politicians driven by some unknown forces. By the way the matter well got out of their hands. The government has lowered the price of gas to NGN 97 which still is not sufficient. The strike right now is suspended since last friday.

4.0) Billions of USD, EUR are transferred on a private basis by means of Western Union.
The suspension of the strike gave people the opportunity of getting bills out from the banks. The money transferred from abroad by their kinfolks. Nigerian in the US count for some 3'000'000 and they are transferring BILLIONS of USD each year to their kinfolk in Nigeria, other africans in diaspora do the same.

It is clearcut that the north led by the US absolutely do not appreciate this fact. The money being transferred right from underneath of big banks' noses is a thorn in the eye of the financial "industry" as well.

4) Petrol in Nigeria - Filling stations
4.1) Filling stations are empty, whatever level the petrol price is set, it is not available at Nigerian filling stations. The by government subsidized petrol changes hands on paper only for the buyer (criminal) to get the subsidies.

4.2) They petrol must be smuggled in from neighbouring countries, it must be Arab crude derived petrol (Saudi Arabia). Route: Saudi Arabia - Egypt - Niger - Nigeria. or Cameroon - Nigeria. The criminals may even be supported by Nigerian politicians (corruption widely spread).

4.3) Petrol sold by ignorant hookers in the streets and on the roads next to filling stations
Petrol finally is sold by small hookers in the street. You can buy it by gallons or by five liters. One liter costs NGN 75 to NGN when bought from hookers. So the easing of the price to NGN 97 would mean people in the street could buy gas only at levels only NGN 10 to 15 obove hookers' prices. Still the problem is: Nigeria does not sell Bonny light, does not get money, is not able to buy petrol in the US or anywhere else.

5) Nigerian Government desparately try to solve the problem
So the government is desperate, they will not be able to solve the problems they are in, if not unconventional measures are taken. The riots will get out of hands. Nobody will be able to sooth the people for 80 % of them but strive for one square meal a day. They heavily depend on transport - petrol - to survive. There is no reailway available. All transport is private, which is very ok. But they cannot afford the gas. Thus private logistics are going to cease letting the people starve.

5.1) Nigeria with all its potential (rank 6 proven oil reserves, population 160 Million people, health outstandingly well, HIV infection rate 5% only - compare SA, and almost no governmental debt - 80% of the people have nothing at all. BUT WHAT THEY HAVE is NO CREDIT. the people are not living at the mercy of the banks nor the fixing of interest rates by some far away ignorant manipulated central bankers believing being god himself) Nigeria in fact is set to take off for good. A bright future is ahead.

5.2)  USA and CHINA vote against everything hindering their task of seizing oil when it comes to decision taking in the Security counsil
Other ECOWAS members do not like Nigeria being the leading country, USA and CHINA do not like that either. This is why unknown forces (are they unknown) are stabilizing the region by training forces in the north. Since Niger Delta problem has been solved - they rendered their modern weapons (nobody ever knew where those equipments came from) in exchange for infrastructure and the opportunity to participate in the oil business, the latter not being able to sell oil because of the tag to brent.

5.3) Broko Haram is NOT acting but on agitation; there is no Djihad, they are not convinced suicide bombers, all they are is criminals, ruthless killers even being afraid of losing their lives.
Right now Broko Haram is on the news. Just yesterday they blasted twenty bombs at KANU. It is pretended to be a fight Moslem versus Christians which is not the truth. Those Broko Haram fighters emerged only as of regent. They must be well trained and must have the necessary technical ecquippment because they blast the bombs by using devices enabling them to do from far away NOT getting hurt. They are NO suicide bombers. They are afraid of dying. They are professionals educated by some I do  not know who neither where they are coming from.

5.4) No goal achievable for Broko Haram; only goal is destabilization of the country sending it down the drain by arising turmoil/strikes and others
Those terrorists have no goal at all. They even do not kill themselves. The only purpose those mislead people have in mind is the DESTABILIZATION of NIGERIA for to hinder the development of the whole region. THERE IS A STRONG WILL to keep Subsaharinas ignorant thus have them being exploited.

6) Afrika's resources desparatly needed by the North to grant their salary, bonusses and dividends as well
Remember: a lot of resources are based in Africa, Westafrica's ECOWAS states included. IF THOSE COUNTRIES improve the will use their resources themselves; they are going to fix the prices and run the markets. THIS IS THE CONCERN of all NORTHERN Countries. All of them supporting the USA (they will be the most powerful for quite some time until China is going to pick up and overtake them) want to support themselves.

6.1) Modern colonialism
To succeed a wide margin is needed. This margin desperatly needed is used to pay off all arising costs, hiegh salaries, fat bonuses, pribe money and the sort. Remember: the USA are the most heavily indebted country, not only the governments but also most of the citizens. All is bought on credit. They are living far above their actual might. They are to go down the train because of their carelessness, lead by the mislead administrations.

OUTLOOK
a) NIGERIA.s real goal - have African countries become independent from Northern Governments, Banks, Development Banks, Downstream-Business, Imports
Nigeria wants to become independent. Jonathan Goodluck administration are composed of very well educated people which have only one thing in their mind; they want Subsaharians to succeed. To do so they have to develope the economy of one potentially powerfull country which happens to be NIGERIA. This Nigeria will be able to solve African Problems of all sort all over the african continent. (the latter not really wanted by the Northern states such as USA, EU, Russia, China.

b) Nigeria will desperatly want to build Nigerian owned domestic infrastructure. They do not want to depend on foreign countries' expats any more. They have made their experience when changing the way Nigeria wanted to treat its oil business. The expats went home, the ignorant kept African refinery workers/employees were not able to cope with that situation, the plants went idle since quite some time. FOUR refineries are wrotting away in the Niger delta region.

c) Nigeria wants to have one of those Nigerian now idle refinery plant produce oil derivatives by the end of 2012. By the end of 2013 they for sure want to have the other three have gone back to production. Remember: the oil is plenty. It starts spilling out of the ears and noses of the entire country.

SOLUTION
Nigerian becomes independant; its economy will develope not at the mercy of banks and politically manipulated central bank activity

REMEDY - BREAKING THE TAG (Bonny/Bright)
a) The easiest measures to be taken will be Nigeria's untagging Bonny light from Brent. Brent in fact has nothing in common with Bonny light but for the similar chemical composition. Thus breaking the tag will rescue the independence of this marvelleous country's people as well as the country itself. In a later stage even the independence of all ECOWAS countries later than the entire subsahara Africa.

b) The second really needed measure is the implementation of trading Bonny - light on a Nigerian based and owned commodity exchange. Instead of obeying selling Bonny light at CBOT fixed prices for Brent (again nothing in common with Bonny-light) NIGERIANS will fix Bonny-light prices in Nigeria at Lagos or/and Abuja board of trade (LBOT, ABOT) In a first step nothing has to be undertaken but START TRADING BONNY-LIGHT at the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

c) In the first place NO costly organisation like CBOT has to be installed. When it comes to upstream oil business everything will be the same as before. Only they prices are being fixed at Nigerian Stock Exchange from not before long. This price will be set at the needs of Nigeria which is the generation of Cashflow. To get hands on that cashflow it is very simple. Just fix the offer price slightly below Arabic Crude offering prices.

d) By the way this is what Saudis do; they may buy Brent contracts at CBOT and rolling them forward. No payment no delivery effected. only cost are rolling costs. If the counter parties are the same (buyer and seller are the same using two different entities) there is no cost emerging but for the CBOT fees.

Measures to be taken by Jonathan Goodluck administration
a) Thus in fact the so called leading countries (the seven veto members of the security counsil concentrate all might on them, Europeans but to nod and follow) do NOT want WestAfrica become the leader of all subsaharians.

b) They already have gotten rid of Ghadaffi who wanted to build the United States of Africa with all intrinsic consequences (USAmerican style) and become their first president. Riots around the meditarennians thus are very welcome for the world police US. (who really is in charge of holding the string of the puppets?)

c) Right now US are set for evil at Kuweit. They left Afghanistan and Irak for the sake of protecting their oil interest in Kuweit as well as to be ready to intervene in IRAN as well as SubSahara Africa this time West Africa included. Note: Nigeria has been appointed strategically important to the US already 5 years ago.

d) Nigeria's administration must track down the source of training, coaching and supplying technically advanced gear to Broko Haram. Such devices are never built nor constructed in the KANU or SOKOTO region nor other regions in the north. Remember: they ease of the blast by electronic devices from enough far away to not get killed and also to watch the scenerie thus being enabled to count the casualties.

FACIT
The necessary steps taken by the government to make those happenings transparent to anybody worldwide will enable Jonathan Goodluck Administration as well as Senators and others to succeed. A prosperous future is in sight. Let it not be destructed by selfish selfcentred activity not only in Africa but in North America and all other countries abroad.

The numerous 160 Million heads counting population of Nigeria will solve all financial problems. E.g NGN 150 each (countervalue CHF 1.--) raises already CHF 160 Million. So NGN 1500 furnished by each of them will amount to some CHF 1.6 Billion (CHF 1'600'000'000) This money should be raised by selling shares of the to be  founded company PETROPLUS NIGERIA just for the sake of getting hold, of downstream business. This money will be used to get going Petroplus' acitivity in Europe. All refineries back to production, all staff off the back of social support. Next step: gradually raising funds by public secondary offerings to citizens mainly in Nigeria (also other countries).

Advice
Never finance activity by raising funds from banks. Always create shares to generate capital. All shareholder will be very interested to see their investment emerging as infrastructure such as Refineries, Highways, Roads, Rail Road, Schoolhouses, Schoolmaterial, well staffed Government Hospitals at low prices for lower income workers/employees. Because they are shareholders they will attend general meetings, electing bright smart people as to sit on the board of directors. Also they will get dividends. They become the capitalists of the future as well as the owners of the infrastructur.

DO NOT TALK - JUST WALK - DO IT!!
