Anti-Corruption Network
Founded by Hon. Dino Melaye, a former member of the house of Representatives of Nigeria, former Chairman House Committee on Information and National Orientation, a social crusader, human right activist, public analyst and politician, on the 20th January 2012, it has succeeded so far in its fight against corruption in the Nigerian society. It was established by progressive minded, committed and dedicated Nigerians.
The Anti-corruption Network has so far served as the voice of the voiceless and masses who are suffering the negative concomitant effect of corruption.
Before the establishment of this Network, there was virtually no group or non-governmental organization with the passion, zeal and sincerity of purpose to confront corruption practices in Nigeria. The Network will frontally investigate, expose and inform Nigerians on all forms of corrupt practices in Nigeria, by Nigerians for Nigerians.
Anti-Corruption Network is a registered Non-Governmental, Non-religious, Non-political, Non-profit oriented Organization. It is set up to fight all forms of corruption in Nigeria through enlightenment campaigns, educational materials, exposition of crime and corruption activities of persons, groups, government etc.

While Dino Melaye, who became an anti-corruption crusader after falling out with PDP, claims Bode George’s choice was because “almost everybody in the party (PDP) is an ex-convict”, while, Debo Adeniran the Chairman of CACOL, said the “PDP’s decision was akin to legalising corruption”. Bode George, he said, “would infest others with criminal virus because he exemplifies corruption”.
The Executive Secretary of ACN, Hon Dino Melaye, said at the Ministry of Justice: “We are here to air our anger and disappointment over the satanic pronouncement by Justice Abubakar Talba. Justice Talba is a mathematician and to him N32.8billion equals N750,000.00.
However, other letters written by Mr Dino Melaye Civil Society Groups and Other Stakeholders as well as Minister for Petroleum Resources, Mrs Diezani Alison-Madueke were tendered and accepted as exhibits despite opposition from the defence counsel.
Also at the lecture were the Okeja NBA chairman, Monday Ubani; former federal legislator Dino Melaye; an economist, Erick Boyo; Campaign for Democracy (CD) leader, Dr Joe Odumakin; Dr. Akinyemi Onigbinde, Gbemi Ogunbiyi, and Pastor Simeon Afolabi.
The Anti-Corruption Network, a non-governmental organisation headed by a former member of the House of Representatives, Dino Melaye, had protested to the Federal Ministry of Finance in Abuja to ask for the legal status of the company.

“One of the petitioners is a former member of the House of Representatives, Mr. Dino Melaye, who led a group of anti-corruption protesters to the EFCC to back up the complaints against Idris, and his group demanded the probe of Idris’ income and expenditures between May 29, 2003 and January 27, 2012.
